Manuel Antonio is one of the world’s most beautiful parks. It’s the smallest national park in Costa Rica. one of the most visited and most bio-intense parks.

The guide, equipped with a spotting scope and binoculars not only shows you lots of fauna specimens that you didn’t know were around, but also helps you get great images by digiscoping with your smartphone or small digital camera.

Total walking distance is about 2 miles, but we include a good break at Manuel Antonio beach, considered by many the best in Central America, here you can swim and enjoy the scenic beauty.

CATAMARAN TOUR

Come aboard as we cruise into the open sea, in search of spotted dolphins, migrating humpback whales, sea turtles and manta rays. While aboard our modern Catamaran boats, you will be captivated by the sight of frolicking dolphins in the boat’s wake, or the inimitable sound of a whale’s song. As we make our way down the coastline of Manuel Antonio National Park, the mysterious islands, jagged cliffs and unique rock formations will look almost close enough to reach out and touch. These are the nesting grounds and home for numerous species of marine birds, including pelicans, boobies and ibises.

While touring the coastline, the captain will hoist the sails, wind permitting, and you will delight in the feel of the catamaran cutting quietly through the blue waters of the Pacific. Our knowledgeable, onboard guide will be ready to answer any questions you have, and will point out sights of interest while giving a brief history of the area. After touring the coastline, we will anchor in a protected cove within the pristine Biesanz Bay for an unforgettable snorkeling adventure in the warm pacific waters.. We provide the masks, snorkels and fins; everything you need to dive in and observe the underwater playground for over 50 species of colorful tropical fish. Afterwards, come back on board and enjoy the delicious lunch we will have prepared for you: Grilled fresh fish brochettes with onion and green pepper and scrumptious dipping sauces, pasta salad with vegetables, homemade pesto sauce, fresh tropical fruit, homemade flan, the freshest Costa Rican coffee, cocktails and natural fruit drinks. You will discover the true meaning of the word paradise, as you relax on our boat in the tranquil bay, surrounded by the lush green landscape and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

The last leg of the tour is the trip back to the Quepos dock. The viewing of one of our dramatic sunsets on the way back to shore is an added bonus for those who enjoy our afternoon tour in the summer months.
